Vanilla Moon Milk

A soft, sensual drink to restore harmony and sweetness within.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or cream

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or seeds from 1/4 vanilla bean)

  • 1/2–1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for warmth)

Instructions:

  1. Gently warm almond and coconut milk over low heat.

  2. Stir in vanilla and honey. Add cinnamon or nutmeg if using.

  3. Pour into a cozy mug. Sip slowly, breathing deeply between sips. Let the warmth return you to balance and ease.
