Vanilla Moon Milk
A soft, sensual drink to restore harmony and sweetness within.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut milk or cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or seeds from 1/4 vanilla bean)
1/2–1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for warmth)
Instructions:
Gently warm almond and coconut milk over low heat.
Stir in vanilla and honey. Add cinnamon or nutmeg if using.
Pour into a cozy mug. Sip slowly, breathing deeply between sips. Let the warmth return you to balance and ease.
