Chamomile Coconut Moon Milk

A calming, creamy drink to wind down the day and nourish the nervous system.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or a blend of coconut + almond milk)

  • 1 tsp dried Chamomile flowers (or 1 Chamomile tea bag)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Optional: a few drops of rosewater or a sprinkle of dried rose petals for heart-softening energy

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, gently warm the coconut milk over low heat.

  2. Add Chamomile and cinnamon. Let it steep (do not boil) for 8–10 minutes.

  3. Strain out the Chamomile. Stir in vanilla and sweetener.

  4. Pour into a cozy mug. Sip slowly under soft lighting or moonlight, letting your breath deepen and soften.

Note: This moon milk pairs beautifully with journaling, foot soaks, or quiet bedtime rituals.
