Roasted Dandelion Cacao Elixir

A grounding yet expansive drink to support clarity, courage, and truth-telling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp roasted dandelion root (loose or 1 tea bag)

  • 1 cup almond milk (or other plant milk)

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • Optional: pinch of cayenne for fire and focus

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, steep roasted dandelion in 1/4 cup boiling water for 10 minutes.

  2. Warm almond milk separately with cacao, cinnamon, and vanilla (do not boil).

  3. Strain dandelion infusion into the milk mixture. Stir in sweetener and cayenne, if using.

  4. Blend or whisk until frothy. Sip slowly while journaling, walking, or visioning your next bold step.
