Reishi Root Hot Cacao

A grounding, mineral-rich drink to support endurance, focus, and nervous system resilience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond or oat milk

  • 1 tsp Reishi powder (or use a few drops of tincture after heating)

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or date syrup (to taste)

  • Optional: pinch of sea salt or ashwagandha for deeper restoration

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over low heat.

  2. Whisk in Reishi powder, cacao, cinnamon, and vanilla.

  3. Stir in sweetener and optional salt or herbs.

  4. Pour into a ceramic mug. Sip slowly, preferably during a moment of intentional pause—after journaling, before sleep, or on a winter evening.
