First Light Matcha

A golden-green morning tonic for clarity, circulation, and calm.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp (2g) ceremonial-grade matcha powder

  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger

  • ⅛ tsp ground curcumin (turmeric)

  • 1 scoop collagen powder (about 10g)

  • ½ cup (120ml) water

  • 1 cup (240ml) milk of choice (1/2 cup Malk almond + 1/2 cup homemade walnut recommended)

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp raw honey (7g), or to taste

  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the base: In a milk frother, combine the matcha, ginger, curcumin, collagen, vanilla, and water. Froth or blend until warm and fully combined.

  2. Add milk: Gently warm the milk of your choice.

  3. Assemble: Pour the matcha blend into your favorite cup, then stir in the warmed milk.

  4. Sweeten: Add honey and a pinch of sea salt to taste.

  5. Enjoy: Sip slowly and let your day begin with presence and glow.
