Scorpio-Spiced Cacao Elixir
A rich, warming drink to stir the senses, open the heart, and support emotional release.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond or oat milk
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne (or to taste—for intensity and release)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (to taste)
Optional: a pinch of sea salt or 1 tsp maca for extra grounding
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, warm the milk gently over low heat.
Whisk in cacao, cinnamon, cayenne, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Add sweetener to taste and a pinch of salt, if desired.
Pour into a ceramic or clay mug. Drink slowly in silence, during journaling, or as part of a self-devotional evening.
