Full Moon Restoration Tea

A throat-soothing, heart-softening, soul-nourishing infusion with citrus warmth (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • Chamomile – 1 tsp

  • Oatstraw – 1 tsp

  • Calendula – ½ tsp

  • Star anise – 1 pod, lightly crushed

  • Powdered ginger – ⅛ tsp

  • He Shou Wu – ½ tsp (stirred in after steeping)

  • Fresh orange zest – a few thin strips (or ¼ tsp dried)

  • Rose water – ¼ tsp (added after steeping)

  • Honey – to taste

  • Fresh orange wedges – 1–2, to serve in the mug

Instructions:

  1. Combine chamomile, oatstraw, calendula, star anise, ginger, and orange zest in 1½ cups hot water.

  2. Cover and steep for 12–15 minutes.

  3. Strain and stir in He Shou Wu powder, rose water, and honey.

  4. Add 1–2 orange wedges directly to the mug.

  5. Sip slowly under the Full Moon, letting each element support a part of you:
    the mind, the body, the voice, the heart.
