Almond-Spiced Warrior Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp almond butter
1 frozen banana (or ½ for a thicker shake)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder (or sub cinnamon)
1/4 tsp cayenne or chili powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1–2 soft dates for sweetness
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients on high until creamy and smooth. Sip slowly, letting the heat rise and the grounding presence of almond root you in courage. Best enjoyed in the morning or before physical activity.
